These terms apply when you use the Nexus Agent app and other products or websites operated by Aussi-Nexus Group (“we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
You must be authorised to connect any Google, YouTube, Telegram or other account you give to our products. You are responsible for all activity carried out through accounts you connect.
You are responsible for the websites, text, images and other material you ask our products to use. You confirm that you have the right to use that material and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
Nexus Agent produces scripts, captions, narration, video and outreach emails using automated tools. This output can contain errors. You must review generated content before it is published or sent. You are responsible for anything you publish or send. Outreach emails are only sent after the account owner has approved them.
You must not use our products to send spam, to harass people, to make false or misleading claims, to infringe intellectual property, or to breach any platform's rules, including those of YouTube, Google and Telegram.
Our products depend on third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Telegram and AI providers. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to them.
Aussi-Nexus Group owns its products, software, branding and content. You keep ownership of the material you supply. You give us the limited right to use that material only to provide the service to you.
Our products have different prices, which are shown on each product's own website. Some products may be free to try.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any results, sales, views or rankings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the products.
We may change these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have jurisdiction.
