Google account data (Nexus Agent). When you connect a Google account to Nexus Agent, we receive the access that you approve on Google's consent screen. Nexus Agent uses this access only to:
We do not read, store or sell the contents of your emails or your YouTube data beyond what is needed to carry out these actions.
Telegram control data. If you use the Nexus Agent Telegram bot, we store your Telegram user ID so that only authorised accounts can give it instructions.
Website and contact information. Nexus Agent reads publicly available pages from websites that the account owner supplies. It does not collect personal information from visitors to those websites.
Website visitors. Our websites may collect basic technical data, such as page requests and approximate location, through standard hosting logs.
We use information to operate, maintain and improve our products; to post approved content to the channels the account owner has connected; to send outreach emails that the account owner has approved; and to respond to support requests.
Aussi-Nexus Group's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service, to comply with law, or with your consent.
To run our products we use third-party services, including Groq (text generation), Pexels (stock video and images), Microsoft Edge-TTS (voice narration), Google (YouTube and Gmail), and Telegram (bot messaging). These providers process data only to deliver the service to us.
Generated video files are deleted after they are published. Operational logs are kept for a limited period needed for troubleshooting. You can ask us to remove your data at any time.
You can remove Nexus Agent's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). You can also stop the Telegram bot by leaving the chat.
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
