Our Services include but are not limited to: NEXUS AI Agent, NexusMind AI, NEXUS Browser, NEXA Office Suite, Aether Ledger, NexusMail, AI Trading Dashboard, TrackSafe GPS, PatentCheck, NEXUS Search, The Edge Curriculum platforms, Edge Academy professional courses, Tutoring Homework AI, Assignments Writer AI, Indian Study Boards, Edge Books, and all associated subdomains and applications.

Paid Services are billed on a subscription or one-time basis as specified at purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) or United States Dollars (USD) as stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the stated billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

You acknowledge that AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and must not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). All content, software, platform designs, trademarks, published works, and patented technologies within our Services are the intellectual property of Aussi-Nexus Group and Dr. Manas Swain. This includes 160+ published literary works and two provisional patent applications filed with IP Australia. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Our educational Services are aligned to the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) framework and other applicable curricula. Educational content is provided for study assistance purposes and does not replace formal schooling or professional tutoring. Assessment results generated by our platforms are indicative only.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Aussi-Nexus Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aussi-Nexus Group, its founder, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any dispute arising under these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our platforms. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
