You must not misuse our platforms, attempt to access them without permission, upload harmful content, or use our materials to build a competing product.
All content on our platforms, including books, courses, text, images, software and branding, belongs to The Edge Academy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials you purchase for personal study.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our platforms and materials are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using our platforms at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have jurisdiction.
